Manitoba nursing continuing competence requirements
RN renewal requires completion of the annual Continuing Competency Program, including the self-assessment, learning plan, and jurisprudence education. Minimum RN practice is generally 450 hours in the previous 2 years or 1,125 hours in the previous 5 years, unless an applicable exception applies. (College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba)

- Annual RN certificate-of-practice renewal. CRNM renewal opens Oct. 1 and closes Dec. 1. (College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba)
- RN requirement
- No fixed CE-hour requirement stated by CRNM. RNs must complete the annual CCP.
- RPN / LPN requirement
- Verify separately with CLPNM; do not copy the RN requirement to LPNs.
