What Utah asks for
RN/LPN – 30 CE hours are not mandatory if the nurse meets continuing competency through one of the other approved options. All renewing RNs must complete at least one Department of Professions Licensing (DOPL)-approved online suicide prevention course. APRN - with prescriptive authority: Controlled substance CE: 3.5 hours approved + 0.5 hours DOPL tutorial = 4 hours total
