What Wyoming asks for
RN/LPN – One competency option must be met: 400 hours of licensed practice; OR 40 hours of CE; OR successful NCLEX completion; OR a refresher course; OR completion of a nursing education program leading to a degree beyond basic nursing education APRN - 3 hours of CE on responsible prescribing of controlled substances or treatment of substance use disorders and federal MATE Act training (8 hours) applies for DEA registration
