What Wisconsin asks for
Wisconsin does not currently require CE for RN/LPN renewal. Nurses may take CE for professional development, but it is not a state renewal requirement. APRN -, 16 hours pharmacology or therapeutics relevant area of practice, 2 of the 16 pharmacology/therapeutics hours must address responsible prescribing of controlled substance. DEA registration :One-time 8-hour DEA MATE Act training in addition to the states CE requirements.
