What New Hampshire asks for
RN/LPN – 30 contact hours within the 2 years preceding renewal/application. Also requires 400 working hours within the previous 4 years, or NCLEX completion within the previous 2 years. APRN – 30 contact hours with at least 20 hours in the specialty practice area and at least 5 hours in pharmacology, with 3 of these hours focused on opioid prescribing, pain management, or substance use disorder if the APRN has an active DEA registration
