What Nevada asks for
RN – 30 CE hours per renewal cycle, including 4-hour cultural competency and 4-hour bioterrorism, 2 hours HIV stigma/bias, one-time bioterrorism course LPN – 30 CE hours per renewal cycle, including 4-hour cultural competency and 4-hour bioterrorism, 2 hours HIV stigma/bias, one-time bioterrorism course. APRN - additional 15 CEs (45 in total) directly related to their specialties to include 4 hours - Cultural Competency, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 4 hours - Bioterrorism –one-time requirement 2 hours HIV stigma/bias (first renewal) 2 hours – suicide prevention 2 hours -SBIRT – Screening, Brief Intervention and referral to treat approaches of SUD 2hour-controlled substances CE if prescribing
