What Louisiana asks for
RN – 30 Board-approved CE contact hours OR 900 practice hours during the 2-year licensure period. APRN - 30 Board-approved CE contact hours OR 900 practice hours during the 2-year licensure period, plus 6 contact hours of pharmacotherapeutics per year (12 hours over the 2-year renewal period) if prescriptive authority. APRNs in certain practice areas must complete 1 hour every 4 years on nutrition and metabolic health LPN – No CE requirement
