What Florida asks for
LPN/RN – 24 CE hours per renewal period, including 2 hours Prevention of Medical Errors, 2 hours Florida Laws & Rules, 2 hours Human Trafficking, and 2 hours Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace every other renewal. Domestic Violence – 2 hours every third renewal, in addition to the 24 hours. HIV/AIDS – 1 hour before first renewal. APRN – additional 3 hours Safe and Effective Prescription of Controlled Substances each renewal
