Required courses
RN/LPN: Continuing competency may be demonstrated through approved CE and/or practice-based options under Wyoming rules. Action: Do not publish the older 30/15+200 wording as the only pathway until it is confirmed against the current Wyoming Board rule. Source: Wyoming State Board of Nursing.
Good to know
Wyoming uses a continuing-competency requirement rather than requiring 30 CE hours from every nurse. Your earlier wording of “30 CE OR 15 CE + 200 work hours” should therefore be checked against the current Board's competency pathways before being used as the final requirement.
